About us
About Forensic Engineering Group
We are a team of registered structural engineers, NDT technicians, and monitoring specialists. For over 15 years, we have investigated structural problems in buildings, bridges, and infrastructure across every Australian state and territory.
Our story
15+ years investigating Australia's structures
Forensic Engineering Group was established to fill a gap in the Australian market: independent, technically rigorous structural investigation that serves all parties equally.
Our work covers the full investigation lifecycle. We assess the damage, identify the cause, monitor the behaviour, and design the repair. Clients receive a single, coordinated report rather than fragments from multiple consultants.
From cyclone-damaged housing in North Queensland to corroding post-tensioned slabs in Sydney high-rises, our team has investigated thousands of structures. Every project adds to a growing knowledge base that benefits every client after it.
Our approach
How we work
01
Evidence First
Every conclusion is supported by measured data, tested samples, or documented observation. We do not speculate.
02
Independence
We are not tied to any contractor, insurer, or material supplier. Our findings serve the structure, not a commercial interest.
03
Practical Solutions
Investigation without a path forward is incomplete. We deliver repair specifications and monitoring plans alongside every report.
